A representative from our Physical Therapy team will be there to speak about preventing falls and our Fitness Center will take you through a demonstration of simple things you can do at home to improve strength and balance. WHAT IS THE GOAL OF THE EVENT?
Community outreach to the Silver Valley with health education topics as well as information about the health services available to the community here in the valley. It’s a casual event with a light “sack” lunch lasting from Noon to 1:00pm.
