Designated as a Critical Access Hospital, Shoshone Medical Center’s Emergency Department is the core of our hospital. Our goal is to save lives by saving time during a life-threatening emergency.
The ED treatment team, led by an experienced doctor, is trained to treat, stabilize, and – when necessary – quickly transport a patient to a specialized medical center for further care.
Along with a doctor and nurses onsite 24/7, the Emergency Department is supported by the imaging, laboratory, respiratory, and pharmacy teams to provide care rapidly when you need it most.
